Earlier today, the Youngstown Phantoms of the USHL announced Nathan Paetsch as their new head coach, marking him as the seventh person to hold this position. Paetsch brings extensive experience, including a three-year tenure as an assistant coach with the Rochester Americans, where he developed several key Sabres prospects. A former NHL defenseman with 167 games played, Paetsch expressed gratitude for the opportunity and aims to build on the Phantoms’ winning tradition. This role represents his first head coaching position after a career in player development and professional hockey.
