BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The Buffalo Sabres traded defenseman Bowen Byram to the Chicago Blackhawks, acquiring the No. 4 pick in the NHL draft, defenseman Louis Crevier, and a second-round pick. Byram, who had a career-high 42 points with Buffalo, is a key addition for Chicago, which seeks to improve after missing the playoffs for six years. The Sabres, set to draft a top prospect, now have six picks in this year’s draft, while Greenway joins the Blackhawks as a veteran presence on defense.
