Brian Burke has been inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2026, alongside notable figures like Patrice Bergeron and Carey Price. With over 30 years in the NHL, Burke began as the Vancouver Canucks’ Director of Hockey Operations in 1987 and later served as their General Manager, famously drafting the Sedin twins in 1999. His career includes stints with the Anaheim Ducks, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Calgary Flames, among others. The induction weekend is scheduled for November 7 to 9, 2026.
