The Charge will remain in Ottawa, as the PWHL has reached an agreement to play at the NHL Senators’ Canadian Tire Centre next season, pending finalization. This decision follows successful postseason games at the facility, where attendance averaged over 13,000. The move was necessitated by renovations at their former home, TD Place, which would significantly reduce seating capacity. Ottawa, one of the PWHL’s original franchises, had been at risk of losing the team due to these changes.
