The Vegas Golden Knights will be without forward William Karlsson for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final as they face elimination against the Carolina Hurricanes, who lead the series 3-2. Karlsson was injured in Game 5 due to a check from Hurricanes defenseman Sean Walker and did not return after receiving attention for his arm. Coach John Tortorella confirmed his absence but did not specify his availability for a potential Game 7 or a replacement for the lineup. Karlsson has contributed two goals and two assists in the Final and nine points overall in the playoffs.
