The Calgary Flames are poised for a roster overhaul after a disappointing season, finishing 30th in the league with 77 points. While goaltender Dustin Wolf, forwards Matvei Gridin and Matthew Coronato, and defenseman Zayne Parekh are untouchable, other veterans, including Blake Coleman and Mikael Backlund, may be traded as the team seeks to rebuild. With significant trade assets and salary cap flexibility, GM Craig Conroy has options to reshape the roster. Additionally, emerging talents like Ryan Strome and intriguing defensemen could also be moved to facilitate a youth movement.
