Josina Anderson reports that the New Orleans Saints have signed former Browns cornerback Martin Emerson Jr. to a one-year deal. Emerson, who visited New Orleans on Tuesday, was drafted by the Browns in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft and has a contract through 2025. In the 2024 season, he played all 17 games, achieving 80 tackles, three tackles for loss, one forced fumble, and five passes defended. Emerson is also listed among the Top 100 Available 2026 NFL Free Agents.
