The Seattle Kraken, led by Samantha Holloway, have announced the formation of One Roof Sports and Entertainment, which will oversee their expanding portfolio. The ownership group has also agreed to purchase additional equity in Climate Pledge Arena, becoming its majority owner while Oak View Group retains a minority stake. Holloway emphasized the commitment to the community and the consolidation of operations. One Roof will manage the Kraken, Climate Pledge Arena, Kraken Community Iceplex, and the Coachella Valley Firebirds.
