Roope Hintz Out for Several Weeks

Last night, Roope Hintz made his return to the Stars after recovering from an illness, but he sustained a lower-body injury during the game against Colorado and will miss multiple weeks. The team hopes he can return by the playoffs next month; however, a firm timeline is pending further evaluation. Hintz, who has 15 goals and 29 assists this season, is a key player for the Stars, especially in their pursuit of home-ice advantage in the playoffs. With 12 healthy forwards on the roster, the Stars may use one of their five post-deadline recalls from AHL Texas to add depth.
