The San Jose Sharks are correcting a banner in SAP Center that incorrectly celebrated the team for winning the 2015-16 Presidents’ Trophy, which they did not win, finishing 11th that season. The error, attributed to a “printing mistake,” will be rectified as the team has ordered a replacement banner to honor their actual Presidents’ Trophy win in 2008-09.
