The Ontario Reign, AHL affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, has signed 20-year-old forward Kenta Isogai to a two-year contract after he excelled in the WHL, scoring 63 goals and 166 points over two seasons. In other news, the Colorado Avalanche hired Mark Popovic as a skills coach, while the Iowa Heartlanders signed former University of Minnesota captain Jaxon Nelson for the upcoming ECHL season.
