Dean Evason, the Columbus Blue Jackets’ head coach, will lead Team Canada at the upcoming World Championship in Sweden and Denmark, with Calgary Flames head coach Ryan Huska joining his staff, according to TSN’s Darren Dreger. Evason, who recently finished a strong first season with Columbus, previously coached the Minnesota Wild and holds a regular-season record of 187-110-36 in the NHL. Pittsburgh Penguins GM Kyle Dubas will select Canada’s roster as the team looks to improve after finishing fourth last year, with the tournament starting on May 9.
