The Carolina Panthers are set to sign outside linebacker Cam Gill on Friday, following a knee injury to second-year OLB Nic Scourton during practice. Gill, who previously played with the Panthers in the 2024 season, has had a tumultuous career since going undrafted in 2020. He missed the entire 2022 season due to a Lisfranc injury but recorded 22 tackles in 10 games for Carolina in 2024. Gill briefly joined the Detroit practice squad before returning to the Panthers’ active roster.
