The Anaheim Ducks have signed 18-year-old winger Marcus Nordmark to a three-year, entry-level contract after selecting him 28th overall in the 2026 NHL Draft. Nordmark, who previously played for Djurgårdens IF in the SHL, had a standout season with their U20 team, scoring 14 goals and 38 points in 25 games. He also represented Team Sweden at the U18 IIHF World Junior Championship, contributing three goals in six games. While not expected to lead a line in the NHL, Nordmark’s scoring ability and adaptability could make him a valuable asset alongside the Ducks’ playmakers in the future.
