Dallas Stars forward Radek Faksa has been placed on injured reserve following an upper body injury sustained while representing Team Czechia in the Olympics. The injury’s retroactive date is February 17, allowing for a potential return as soon as Saturday, where he would miss only one game against Seattle. Faksa, a veteran center, is crucial for the team’s defensive depth, especially with Mikko Rantanen and Roope Hintz also sidelined. He is expected to be back for the upcoming two-game road trip to Western Canada next week.
