The NBA and NHL are on the verge of rare simultaneous Game 7s, with the Thunder leading the Pacers 3-2 in the NBA Finals and the Panthers ahead of the Oilers 3-2 in the Stanley Cup Final. Historically, this occurrence has only happened twice: in 1954 and 1994. If both the Pacers and Oilers win their Game 6s, the NBA Game 7 will be on June 22 in Oklahoma City, while the Stanley Cup Game 7 is scheduled for June 20 in Edmonton.
