Roby Järventie’s Return to Tappara
Finnish winger Roby Järventie, 22, has signed a three-year contract with Liiga club Tappara, returning to his hometown after four seasons in North America with the Ottawa Senators and Edmonton Oilers. He expressed excitement about playing alongside his younger brother Emil, who previously transferred from rival club Ilves to Tappara. Järventie, drafted 33rd overall by Ottawa in 2020, has faced significant injury challenges, but his rehab is progressing well, and he is expected to be ready for training camp.
