According to Jason Fitzgerald of Over The Cap, the Giants converted $11.685 million of S Jevon Holland’s base salary into a signing bonus before Week 1, creating $5.84 million in 2026 cap space. This conversion will increase Holland’s scheduled 2027 cap number by the same amount to $24.7 million. Holland, a former second-round pick by the Dolphins, signed a three-year, $45 million deal with the Giants last offseason. In 2025, he recorded 63 tackles and an interception, and in 2026, he has two tackles and another interception in one game.
