Ettore Messina Joins Atlanta Hawks
Ettore Messina, the seasoned Italian basketball coach, will become a consultant for the Atlanta Hawks this season after spending six years with Olimpia Milano. The 66-year-old has a rich coaching background, having previously served as a consultant for the Lakers and an assistant for the Spurs. Notably, Hawks coach Quin Snyder was part of Messina’s staff at CSKA Moscow. This new role marks another chapter in Messina’s illustrious career in basketball.
