Chris Kreider and the Anaheim Ducks have mutually terminated his contract, allowing Kreider to explore free agency. Although he prefers a return to the Eastern Conference, his agent stated he is open to options across the NHL. Kreider had a successful season with the Ducks, scoring 22 goals and 28 assists, and may sign a one-year deal with performance incentives to attract more teams. With training camps approaching, he aims to finalize his future soon.
