Justin Herbert, the Chargers quarterback, will practice with his brother Patrick for the first time since their time together at Oregon in 2019. Patrick, a tight end who was recently released by the Jaguars, signed with the Chargers’ practice squad. At 25 years old, Patrick spent last season with the Jaguars’ practice squad after going undrafted. During his six seasons at Oregon, he recorded 31 receptions for 388 yards and four touchdowns.
