The Miami Dolphins are waiving offensive lineman Kevin Cline, linebacker Stephen Dix, and tight end Ethan Conner as they finalize their roster to meet the 53-man limit. Conner, a 24-year-old who went undrafted from Troy, previously signed a three-year rookie contract with the Jaguars but was waived during the preseason. In his college career, he appeared in 28 games, recording 59 receptions for 680 yards and seven touchdowns. The Dolphins are making these moves ahead of the deadline tomorrow.
