The Toronto Marlies have re-signed Reese Johnson, Jackson Kunz, and Timofei Obvintsev, with Johnson signing a two-year AHL deal and Kunz and Obvintsev each securing one-year contracts. Johnson, a Calder Cup champion and experienced NHL player, had 16 points in 62 games last season, while Kunz, a 2020 draft pick, and Obvintsev, a fifth-round selection in 2024, are both looking to establish themselves in North America. In other AHL news, Reilly Connors joined the Colorado Eagles, and Kyle Jackson signed with the Hershey Bears.
