The woman accusing former Lakers star Byron Scott of sexually assaulting her at 15 has settled her claims against Campbell Hall, the school where the incident allegedly occurred nearly 40 years ago. The settlement terms remain sealed until the civil trial against Scott begins on September 8. The lawsuit, filed under the California Child Victim’s Act, alleges sexual battery and false imprisonment during a Lakers visit in 1987. Scott, who denies the allegations, was 26 at the time and has since remarried.
