Klay Thompson has officially signed a two-year, $11.5 million contract with the Miami Heat after clearing waivers from his buyout with Dallas, where he forfeited $9.5 million. The Heat confirmed the signing, emphasizing their championship aspirations with Thompson joining stars Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bam Adebayo. Despite a career-low average of 11.7 points last season, Thompson shot 38.3% from three-point range. Miami has revamped its roster, also adding players like Tim Hardaway Jr. and Bobby Portis.
