Arsenal manager addresses Barcelona transfer rumors

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta downplayed the need for a new striker like Julian Alvarez, expressing satisfaction with his current squad after their 3-0 victory. Meanwhile, Alvarez is unhappy at Atletico Madrid, which is reluctant to negotiate with Barcelona, despite the latter’s interest. Arsenal has emerged as a potential suitor, reportedly offering Viktor Gyokeres and €80 million for Alvarez, although he prefers a move to Barcelona. With the transfer window closing soon, Barcelona must act quickly to address their forward situation.
