DeMar DeRozan is set to join the Denver Nuggets after being bought out by the Sacramento Kings, following the Nuggets’ trade of Peyton Watson to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The 17-year veteran will sign a 1-year, $3.9 million contract with Denver, where he will team up with Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, and Aaron Gordon. DeRozan averaged 18.4 points, 4.1 assists, and 2.9 rebounds in the previous season. The Nuggets’ roster now includes DeRozan and several other players, enhancing their competitive edge.
