Ipswich Town has reached an agreement with RC Strasbourg Alsace for Paraguayan international Julio Enciso, although the transfer fee remains undisclosed. The club has been a significant spender in the Premier League this summer, recently breaking their transfer record with a €28m deal for striker Emersonn from Toulouse FC. Enciso, who played under head coach Gary O’Neil last season and was previously on loan at Ipswich, leaves Strasbourg after making 42 appearances, scoring 12 goals and providing nine assists.
