The Houston Texans have renegotiated OL Jarrett Patterson’s contract, freeing up $1.8 million in cap space for 2026. Patterson signed a one-year, $1.795 million deal, with $1.545 million guaranteed and a per-game payment of $14,705. Previously, he was set to earn a base salary of $3.674 million in 2026 as part of his rookie contract. Drafted in the sixth round of 2023, Patterson started five games in 2025 and was a four-year starter at Notre Dame.
