The 49ers held workouts for running backs Nyheim Miller-Hines and Zamir White, and also hosted Blake Watson, as starter Christian McCaffrey missed practice due to tightness. With Jordan James, Kaelon Black, and Isaac Guerendo sidelined, only Patrick Taylor Jr., Sincere McCormick, and Khalil Herbert are healthy on the roster. Miller-Hines, 29, has 1,200 rushing yards over eight seasons, while White, 26, has 736 yards in four seasons. Watson, an undrafted free agent, played two games for the Broncos last season.
