Seahawks Waive LB Power Echols, Sign RB Justin Jones

The Seattle Seahawks have signed running back Justin Jones and waived linebacker Power Echols. Echols, who is 23 years old, was undrafted and initially signed by the Bears in 2025 but had a brief tenure with the team before being on practice squads for the Texans and Seahawks. He has not yet played in an NFL game, despite a notable college career at North Carolina, where he recorded 307 tackles and four interceptions.
