The Cleveland Browns have signed offensive lineman Jack Conley and cornerback Jeadyn Lukus to contracts. In related roster moves, they waived wide receiver Jamari Thrash with an injury designation, released linebacker Reid Carrico, and placed guard Kendrick Green on injured reserve. Green, a former third-round draft pick, was previously with the Texans and appeared in one game for the Browns last season. Thrash will revert to injured reserve if he goes unclaimed through waivers.
