The Buffalo Bills have signed linebacker Otis Reese following a successful workout on Wednesday. In a corresponding move, they placed LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles on injured reserve. Reese, 28, originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Titans in 2023 and has since had various stints, including time on the Bills’ practice squad. In 2024, he played 13 games for the Titans, recording 17 tackles and one interception.
