ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Bears safety Coby Bryant is expected to be sidelined for eight to ten weeks due to a hyperextended knee, a bone bruise, and a small fracture sustained during practice. No surgery is anticipated following his injury, which required him to be carted off the field. Bryant, a fourth-round pick in the 2022 NFL draft, recently signed a three-year, $40 million contract with the Bears after a solid season with the Seahawks. In 2025, he recorded 66 tackles and four interceptions in 15 games.
