Jamir Watkins Undergoes ACL Surgery
Jamir Watkins successfully underwent ACL reconstruction on his left knee, following an injury during the Summer League, performed by Dr. Riley Williams at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. This marks another ACL injury for Watkins, who previously tore his ACL while at VCU. The 43rd overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft out of Florida State, he was signed to a two-way contract by the Washington Wizards.
