LaMelo Ball is facing a lawsuit for over $100,000 in unpaid rent after being traded from the Charlotte Hornets to the Minnesota Timberwolves. The suit, filed by Agape Property Management Group, alleges that Ball subleased one of his two rented units to his manager, Jermaine Jackson, while accruing significant unpaid rent and HOA fines. Ball originally rented the upscale units in December 2020, previously owned by Cam Newton. The lawsuit claims their failure to pay rent has caused substantial financial harm to the property management company.
