The Giants have opened two roster spots ahead of training camp by waiving linebacker Cam Jones and defensive lineman C.J. Ravenell. Jones, who signed in March, missed offseason workouts due to an injury sustained while moving boxes and previously played for the Jets and Chiefs. Ravenell was waived with a Non-Football Injury designation, having played for the Ravens under coach John Harbaugh in 2024 and spent 2025 with the Titans.
