The Carolina Panthers have placed OLB Nic Scourton on injured reserve following a significant knee injury sustained during practice. In a roster move, the team signed OLB Cam Gill and waived G Joshua Gray. Scourton, a 21-year-old who was a Second-team All-Big Ten selection in 2023, was selected 51st overall in the 2025 NFL Draft and had a productive rookie season. He played all 17 games, recording 47 tackles, five sacks, and one forced fumble.
