The Cleveland Guardians activated star third baseman José Ramírez from the 10-day injured list after he recovered from hand surgery for a broken hamate bone, an injury that sidelined him since June 14. The team went 15-15 without the seven-time All-Star and is currently tied with the Chicago White Sox for the AL Central lead. Ramírez, 33, has recorded 10 home runs, 33 RBIs, 24 stolen bases, and a .757 OPS in 72 games this season. To make room for him, the Guardians optioned Kahlil Watson to Triple-A.
