Pittsburgh Pirates’ Braxton Ashcraft, Philadelphia Phillies’ Jesús Luzardo, and St. Louis Cardinals’ Riley O’Brien have been named replacements for the National League All-Star team, filling in for Jacob Misiorowski, Paul Skenes, and Max Meyer, all ineligible due to starting on Sunday. This marks the first All-Star appearance for all three replacements, with Ashcraft leading the Pirates’ rotation, Luzardo contributing to the Phillies’ record six All-Stars, and O’Brien leading the NL in saves. Misiorowski, a standout rookie, leads in strikeouts and ERA, while Skenes and Meyer also had strong seasons. The 2026 All-Star Game is set for July 14 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.
