Prior to their game against the Minnesota Twins, the Yankees recalled RHP Angel Chivilli from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. The 23-year-old had previously appeared in two games for New York this season before being sidelined by shoulder discomfort. In 12 games for the RailRiders, he posted a 1.08 ERA with 17 strikeouts. Chivilli was acquired from the Rockies in January and has a combined MLB record of 1-5 with a 7.06 ERA over 73 games in 2024 and 2025.
