The Jacksonville Jaguars have promoted Shane Waldron to assistant head coach in addition to his role as pass game coordinator. They also elevated Heath Farwell to associate head coach alongside his duties as special teams coordinator. Waldron, who has a diverse coaching background including stints with the Patriots, Rams, and Seahawks, joined the Jaguars in 2025 after a brief tenure with the Bears. Last season, the Bears’ offense struggled significantly, ranking near the bottom in several categories.
