The Phillies placed Brad Keller on the 15-day injured list due to forearm tendinitis, with Max Lazar stepping in to secure an 8-2 victory against Miami. Keller, signed for two years at $22MM, has been their top setup arm but has struggled this season with a 4.15 ERA and a decline in strikeout rate. Orion Kerkering is expected to take over setup duties in Keller’s absence. Additionally, Kyle Schwarber made his first start at first base for Philadelphia, allowing Bryce Harper a break as designated hitter.
