The Jets have signed wide receiver Omar Cooper to a four-year rookie deal with an option for a fifth season, marking their third first-round pick from this year’s draft under contract. The team traded second- and fifth-round picks to the 49ers to select Cooper at No. 30, who recorded 69 catches for 937 yards and 13 touchdowns at Indiana last season. David Bailey and Kenyon Sadiq were previously signed last month, while fourth-round defensive lineman Darrell Jackson remains unsigned.
