The Kansas City Chiefs have restructured defensive end George Karlaftis’ contract by converting $9.685 million of his salary into a signing bonus, creating $7.7 million in cap space. The 25-year-old, a first-round pick in the 2022 draft from Purdue, was set to earn a base salary of $2.333 million in 2025. In the 2025 season, Karlaftis played 16 games, starting 15, and recorded 48 tackles, six sacks, and one fumble recovery. Further updates on Karlaftis will be provided as they arise.
