The Kansas City Chiefs have restructured defensive end George Karlaftis’ contract by converting $9.685 million of his salary into a signing bonus, creating $7.7 million in cap space. The 25-year-old, a first-round pick in the 2022 draft from Purdue, was set to earn a base salary of $2.333 million in 2025.
