The Giants have lost defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris to a torn Achilles during Organized Team Activities, a significant blow as he had started all 17 games last season. Having signed a two-year, $9 million contract last year, his injury is likely season-ending, following the trade of Dexter Lawrence, the team’s top lineman. This increases the importance of free agents DJ Reader and Shelby Harris, along with sixth-round rookie Bobby Jamison-Travis. Robertson-Harris is the second Giant to suffer an Achilles tear this offseason, following rookie cornerback Thaddeus Dixon.
