The Browns’ offseason enters its next phase with Organized Team Activities (OTAs), but star defensive end Myles Garrett, the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, is not expected to participate. Garrett, who set an NFL record with 23 sacks last season despite skipping OTAs, also missed a minicamp last month, forfeiting a $1 million workout bonus. New head coach Todd Monken acknowledged the voluntary nature of these activities and expressed a desire for all players, including Garrett, to be present. It remains uncertain whether Garrett will attend the mandatory minicamp next month, where he would face fines for absence.
