Ronald Acuña Jr. Injury Update
Atlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. has been placed on the injured list due to a Grade 1 hamstring strain sustained while running out a ground ball during a game against the Rockies. An MRI revealed the injury’s severity, and manager Walt Weiss indicated it will require more than a few days for recovery. José Azócar has been called up to fill Acuña’s spot on the roster. Despite the injury, the Braves remain in first place in the National League East.
