The New York Giants are addressing the challenge of replacing defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence by signing veterans Shelby Harris and Leki Fotu to one-year deals. Harris, a 34-year-old with 89 career starts, is known for his ability to disrupt rushing attacks, while Fotu, 27, provides size but has a less impressive resume. The Giants also drafted Bobby Jamison-Travis, a run-stuffing prospect, and are considering further additions to their defensive line. Lawrence, who requested a trade after contract negotiations failed, was sent to the Bengals, allowing the Giants to draft offensive lineman Francis Mauigoa.
