Mike Tomlin, the former head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers, will join NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” pregame show for the 2026 season. Tomlin, who has a successful coaching history, including a Super Bowl win in 2008, expressed excitement about joining the team alongside Maria Taylor, Devin McCourty, and Jason Garrett. After 19 seasons with the Steelers, during which he never finished with a losing record, Tomlin is set to bring his expertise to television. The 2026 season will kick off with the Seattle Seahawks hosting the opener on September 9.
